All orders will be shipped within 3 – 4 working days from receipt of the payment. Shipping is being done by well known Courier Agency and due care is taken while packing the goods.
We offer free shipping of all our books anywhere in India. Incase of International Shipments, please contact our sales team at shop@buzzpublishing.net to know the exact shipping charges.
Orders once paid, cannot be changed or cancelled.
In case of delayed/lost packages, we shall make efforts to trace the packages through the courier agencies. On request of customers the scanned copy of the courier receipt shall be provided, which shall be the conclusive proof of our having sent the items.
Please provide your complete postal address, with your orders. Incase if the packages are returned to us for any reason, such packages can be re-claimed by the buyers, only on the payment of shipping and handling charges by the buyer as second attempt to deliver the product is not provided as free by us.
